Recent events involving Rep. Zaldy Co, Speaker Martin Romualdez, and President Bongbong Marcos Jr. have left many shocked. For me, these are not surprising, they simply reveal the true colors of politics.
From my experience in the 19th Congress, I saw Rep. Co’s distance from the Speaker long before these issues surfaced. Allegations are easy to make, but the budget process is clear, and facts matter.
As citizens, let us remain vigilant, listen carefully, and allow the rule of law to take its course. Above all, let us pray for our nation and strengthen our institutions. 🇵🇭
